TRANSPORT AND ACCESS

Shuttle buses will be available at the airport to meet you on arrival.

Arrival and departure

A shuttle service is available to transport participants between the airport and their chosen place of residence, on arrival at and departure from the event.

During the conference

Daily shuttles will run between the residences and the conference site.

Access to the conference website

Reserved access : Access to the conference site is secure and strictly reserved for registered participants.

Badge collection : Access badges will be issued at the entrance to the site, on presentation of proof of identity and your registration confirmation.

Safety control : A control may be carried out at the entrance.

We recommend that you wear your badge visibly throughout the event.

Île de Gorée
